WELCOME TO NEW LEAF LLC
PROVIDING HAZARDOUS MATERIALS COLLECTION, PROCESSING, AND DISPOSAL SERVICES TO AUTOMOTIVE DEALERS THROUGH CONTRACTS WITH OEMS, ALONG WITH TESTING AND ANALYSIS SERVICES.
Testing, data collection, and data analysis of field-returned parts to determine long-term environmental impacts
Collection, transport, processing, and disposal of regulated hazardous materials from automotive dealerships and distribution centers
Streamlined Transportation
We arrange freight from dealership/DC, including document preparation, window time availability, and payment to freight providers
Serialization/Traceability
Each part is individually tracked by barcoded serial number from pickup through disposal. Custom reporting is available, as well as constantly updated location of each part. If necessary legacy trace information can be loaded and accessed to determine specific incoming parts that may need specific actions (i.e., storage or testing) performed based on defined variables
Disassembly
We disassemble parts into energetic and non-energetic components, "de-brand" any markings, and ensure that components can not re-enter the stream of commerce. We strive to be landfill-free, and work with a range of partners to recycle non-energetic components
Storage
As necessary, items or components of items (even energetics) can be stored under preservation orders and/or litigation holds. All stored items are tracked at the serial number level for efficient reporting and retrieval when requested
Energetics Disposal
We use disposal facilities certified by appropriate regulatory agencies to de-energize, separate, and recycle energetic components with zero environmental impact
Environmental Simulation
We have the ability to perform vehicle-level modeling to simulate interior environmental conditions based on defined variables
Data SImulation
For certain energetic materials we can model the effects of multi-variable environmental factors on the potential service life of specific safety devices
Specific Energetic Item Analysis
CT Scanning and live dissection of energetics are available to determine the actual disposition of energetic and non-energetic sub-components. Test capabilities include Moisture Titration, Moisture Adsorption, Density, and IBR testing
Documentation and Analysis
All test contracts include recording and communication of associated data as well as data consolidation, presentation, and discussion
